On our websites we – Tykn – use a technology called “cookies” (and similar technologies). A cookie is a small data file that an organization can use on its website. Web Statistics and Analytics
Tykn uses web statistics. We analyze this data and as a result thereof we can improve our website, we can fine-tune our website more and thereby our website meets your needs better. The information that is collected will not be used for any other purposes than improvement of our website and services. It will not be made available to third parties either.
We use advertisement technology such as pixels. This helps us serve relevant ads to you more effectively. Pixels enable us to understand and improve the delivery of ads to you, and know when certain ads have been shown to you. We will only use this technology if you have provided your consent. We do not use tracking cookies, the cookies that are able to follow your website behavior outside of our domain.
The Data that we Collect
The data we collect trough the cookies is the following:
- The browser that is used (such as IE or Firefox)
- The exact time and duration of your visit;
- What pages you have visited within our domain;
- Your preferences if you provided these;
- Data from Google Analytics tool.
Tykn measures website visits using the analysis suite Google Analytics. Only Tykn has access to the collected data. We have followed the advice of the Dutch Data Protection Authority regarding the use of Google Analytics.

With most internet browsers or other software, you can change your browser settings to erase cookies from your device, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored.
